Having worked exclusively in the behavioral health care sector for over 30 years, Jim has amassed a wealth of financial experience that he brings to TaraVista and MiraVista in his role as Chief Financial Officer. Throughout his career, JIm has helped psychiatric and substance use providers achieve financial stability and growth, which in turn enables them to broaden access to treatment. Jim spent the majority of his career at Universal Health Services in their Attleboro and Brookline, Massachusetts locations. He credits his longevity in the field to his comprehensive understanding of hospital operations and his own commitment to helping individuals struggling with behavioral health issues. Despite the challenges confronting today’s health care providers, Jim firmly believes that organizations can sustain financial health through goal setting, planning and partnering together with department heads and managers.
