TaraVista serves children, adolescents and adults. Our admissions line is open 24/7. Direct admission to our inpatient programs is available in many cases. We accept referrals from professionals, community and hospital providers, schools and colleges as well as individuals. Call us for more information on the necessary steps needed to access care.

Professionals and Referring Agencies
TaraVista’s Admissions Team provides 24/7 support to help your patients access inpatient care quickly and efficiently. Our experienced team works with a wide range of clinical presentations and manages authorization and admission logistics.
In many cases, we can facilitate direct admissions, allowing patients to bypass the emergency department. We also collaborate closely with our sister hospital, MiraVista in Western Massachusetts, providing access to 200+ inpatient beds when additional placement options are needed.

Medical Record Requests
Requests must be accompanied by the consent of the patient or a legally authorized person. Please email, mail or fax the completed medical records release form to the medical records department and allow five to seven days for processing.
