TaraVista offers a variety of scheduling options for nurses and mental health counselors. Opportunities include day, evening and overnight shifts, with both 24-hour part-time and 32-hour full-time positions available. Most positions require every other weekend.
Yes. TaraVista welcomes new graduate nurses and mental health counselors. Our comprehensive orientation and training program is designed to support new professionals as they build confidence, develop clinical skills and begin rewarding careers in behavioral health.
Mental Health Counselors participate in a comprehensive orientation program, including a week-long onboarding experience and ongoing skills-based training. As part of the Nursing Department, counselors benefit from the guidance and mentorship of experienced nurse managers and clinical leaders. TaraVista also has a dedicated Director of Education who develops continuing education, training and professional development opportunities throughout the year.
Yes. TaraVista offers internship opportunities for students currently enrolled in master's-level programs in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology and related fields. Interns gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside experienced clinicians in a supportive learning environment.
TaraVista Behavioral Health Center is located in Devens, Massachusetts and is easily accessible from Routes 2, 190 and 495.
