Sheila Crowley, LMHC, is Chief Operating Officer, Outpatient Services for The Vistas Behavioral Health Centers, where she leads the development and expansion of outpatient behavioral health services across the health system. With more than 25 years of experience, Sheila has held leadership roles spanning crisis intervention, admissions, operations, and executive management.
Sheila joined TaraVista in 2020 as Director of Admissions and later became Chief Admissions Officer for The Vistas. As Chief Operating Officer at TaraVista, she led initiatives that improved financial and operational performance while expanding inpatient capacity to meet growing community demand. Today, she is focused on increasing access to behavioral health care through innovative outpatient programs and strong community partnerships.
Sheila holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Framingham State University, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northeastern University, and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
